INGREDIENTS
- 50 mls Pimm’s No. 1
- 150 mls lemonade
- 2 cherries
- 1 slice orange halved
- 1 slice kiwi fruit halved
- 2 slices apple which has
been cored & quartered - sprig of mint
- ice cubes
- For glass frosting:
- slice of orange peel removed
- caster sugar for dipping
Instructions
- Frost the glass by placing the orange slice onto a flat surface and rotating the rim of the glass over it so that the whole rim is wetted.
- Place some caster sugar in a saucer (about 2 mm) and shake level, then dip the glass in the sugar to coat.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add the Pimm’s No 1.
- Then add the fruit and lemonade.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and add a straw.
- To make a jug add ice and handfuls of fruit keeping the ratio of 1 part Pimm’s No
1 to 3 parts lemonade.
